To improve our production capacity as well as product quality, Zhida Home Furnishings rebuilt new industrial park in May, 2025. The industrial park covers a land area of 19,000 ㎡, with a newly built factory floor area of 42,000 ㎡. The production and logistics centers are equipped with advanced domestic and overseas weaving equipment and intelligent supporting facilities. We have introduced 34 sets of Belgian Smit rapier jacquard looms and 10 sets of dobby looms, supported by ABB fully automatic packaging & sorting lines and robotic arm intelligent packaging systems, realizing fully automated operation of the packaging process. The weaving and inspection workshops are fully fitted with advanced air conditioning systems, which effectively maintain equipment precision and process stability. With sufficient production capacity, we can efficiently fulfill all types of orders and guarantee on-time delivery.
